  • Providing verbal consent over the phone when scheduling a repair
  • Texting a keyword to our business number (if prompted)

  • Follow-up satisfaction messages

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service needs. Typically, you will receive 2-5 messages per repair appointment. We do not send marketing or promotional messages via SMS.
